7. Genos

Genos was originally human before transforming into a cyborg. His decision to enhance his body came from his desire to take revenge on a destructive robot. These modifications gave him the ability to battle powerful enemies without hesitation.

Although Genos can sometimes overlook details due to his strong admiration for Saitama, he is usually perceptive. He quickly notices unusual occurrences and carefully analyzes an opponent’s strengths and weaknesses, allowing him to take advantage of their vulnerabilities.

6. Blast

Holding the highest rank in the Hero Association, Blast is classified as the number one S-Class hero. His rare appearances in the series are due to his mission of protecting the planet from enemies beyond human comprehension.

Blast is fully aware of God’s presence and works alongside a select group to monitor this mysterious entity. Keeping track of such a dangerous force requires a sharp mind. Beyond his intelligence, Blast also possesses immense strength, shown when he managed to fight Awakened Garou despite the radiation emitted from his attacks.

5. Psykos

During the Monster Association arc, Psykos played a major role as an antagonist. Using her psychic powers, she controlled a puppet to keep her real identity hidden. While her abilities are formidable, she hasn’t refined them to their full potential.

Ranked second in the organization, Psykos had great influence over other monsters, giving them orders and assigning missions. Her intelligence enabled her to evaluate the power of different heroes, uncover weaknesses in the S-Class ranks, and send monsters capable of exploiting them.

Additionally, her ability to foresee future events gave her an edge over her opponents.

4. Dr. Kuseno

Justice was a core belief for Dr. Kuseno in his younger days. He dedicated himself to ensuring fairness, but as time passed, he realized his past approach had been reckless and sought to improve his methods.

After transforming Genos into a cyborg, Kuseno warned him against obsessing over the Mad Cyborg, fearing the emotional toll it would take. His expertise allows him to conduct intricate experiments with ease, and he continues to enhance Genos’ body with new upgrades.

3. Child Emperor

The youngest S-Class hero, Child Emperor, stands out due to his intellect rather than physical strength. Despite being only 10 years old, he has defeated monsters far stronger than him through his inventions and tactical thinking.

To compensate for his lack of raw power, Child Emperor relies on advanced weaponry of his design. His gadgets have allowed him to eliminate Demon-level threats effortlessly. Though he has faced opponents beyond his abilities, he is expected to grow even more formidable in the future.

2. Metal Knight

Dr. Bofoi, known by the alias Metal Knight, is a brilliant scientist responsible for developing some of the most advanced technology in One Punch Man. He holds the rank of S-Class hero due to the effectiveness of his powerful creations.

Rather than fighting directly, Dr. Bofoi constructs cutting-edge weapons to use in battle. His contributions extend beyond combat, as he frequently supplies the Hero Association with state-of-the-art technology, giving him considerable influence over the organization.

While some of his creations have been revealed, many remain hidden, leaving fans eager to see what he is truly capable of.

1. Dr. Genus

The House of Evolution was founded by Dr. Genus, a scientist who sought to prove that human advancement could be achieved through mutations. His intelligence was evident from a young age, as he developed remarkable inventions aimed at improving humanity.

However, when his theories about evolution were rejected, he decided to pursue his research in secret. Through years of study, Dr. Genus unlocked the key to eternal youth, successfully restoring himself to his younger form.

His knowledge of cloning allowed him to create identical assistants who aided him in his experiments. Additionally, he mastered artificial mutations, producing enhanced creatures such as Carnage Kabuto and Beast King.
